Whether a pregnant mother gives birth naturally or by caesarean section at 40 weeks of pregnancy, her pelvic floor muscles will definitely have a great impact. In addition, the open pelvis after delivery will not automatically close to the state before delivery, so pelvic repairing and pelvic floor muscle training need to be carried out during the prime period after delivery (within 6 months to 1 year) to prevent problems such as low back pain, diastasis, urinary leakage, uterine or vaginal prolapse, etc. Our studio offers all kind of Postpartum repair Pilates Reformer and yoga with different themes. The class is suitable for mothers after 8 weeks of pregnancy or more than 42 days after giving birth.
