Wellbeing Yoga & Pilates

Wellbeing Yoga & Pilates is the first prenatal and postnatal recovery center in Hong Kong dedicated to enhancing and improving women’s health in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Meanwhile, Wellbeing advocates mindful childbirth, to relax and give birth naturally, and away from medical intervention to a natural recovery through pelvic floor strengthening, hip stabilization. We are proudly serving more than 3000 mothers.

Member privilege

After the childbirth, moms’ pelvis will not automatically recover to the pre-delivery state, so the pelvis bone repair and pelvic floor muscle training should be carried out during the prime postpartum period (6 months to 1 year) to prevent low back pain, urine leakage, uterine or vaginal prolapse etc. Our postpartum recovery group classes include wall yoga, postnatal pilates, and more. The class is suitable for moms who have had a normal childbirth after 1 month or 42 days after Caesarean section .
